Refund Policy

I am committed to ensuring that your experience with me is a positive one and that you are completely satisfied with your new artwork. If your artwork is damaged during shipping, please notify me immediately and provide photos of the damage so that I can file an insurance claim with the carrier. I will work with you to either issue a refund or provide you with a new piece of artwork that meets your satisfaction.

If you are not completely satisfied with your painting, you may return it within 7 business days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact me to request our mailing address. The painting must be packaged securely in the same manner as when it was received, and you may reuse the original packaging if available. Please note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once I receive the painting in its original condition, I will process your request for a refund (excluding shipping charges) or exchange the painting for a new piece of artwork of equal or lesser value, based on your preference. Your satisfaction is my top priority, and I'm committed to working with you to ensure that you have a positive experience.

For custom commissions, all sales are final, and I do not offer refunds or exchanges. Throughout the development process of your commissioned piece, I provide several opportunities for you to provide feedback and request changes to ensure that the final product meets your expectations.

I take pride in creating unique, one-of-a-kind pieces that are tailored to your specific requests and preferences. Due to the custom nature of these pieces, I'm unable to offer refunds or exchanges once the final product has been approved and delivered to you.
